Good

I can safely say that this game is a candidate in my favorites. Although it's not bad, it's not top rank either, as I'll elaborate later:

The graphics: The graphics were wonderfully drawn, and they were simply too good, especially the character's and the enemies' art; they were very detailed, and was fit for a game like this.

The gameplay: The gameplay's not bad -- it's quite good, with it being a sidescroller / shooter hybrid; I've not seen many games like these, but at the same time, it's not really good either, since a lot is expected of these types of games; the last time I remember playing a game like this was in 2009, and that was great. But this...this doesn't have the novelty, it just simply doesn't carry forth the emotion I felt when playing that game. I forgot its name, but I know it comes from arcadebomb. Nevertheless, the gameplay's good!

The music: Well, not bad, it's very fitting indeed, even though it may be a simple loop, it is adequate and gets you in the mood to just fight those enemies. Although I generally like music, I find it very inconvenient when the music ingame interrupts with the music I play elsewhere. It's just good that I finally managed to find a "mute" button -- it's not there in the options menu -- so that's a minus, not placing the mute option where it should've been.

The animation: It was more or less fluid, and I should say, they were quite a bit CPU intensive -- my 2GHz pc just slowed down when the explosions played! However, it's quite nice, even though I find that the character continues his walk animation even when he's not moving.

All in all, a game I'd like to play.

~~ Summary ~~

~~ Good points ~~
1) Nice art
2) Okay music
3) Smooth animation
4) Good gameplay

~~ Bad points ~~
1) No mute button in options menu
2) Lags a bit

Good

I like it -- I'll expand on that later:

The graphics: The graphics were great, and were simply eye candy to me. They caught my eye, and I liked the overall design of the arrows, the bows, the people and the rods, everything, just everything in general. Although it may have been made from basic shapes, the people are drawn just so they look nice, although they don't look too detailed.

The music: Well, not bad, I guess it's okay. It gets annoying after a while, but then again it's not bad either. It helps players relax for a bit of time (emphasis on bit), but then it gets annoying. Thank god there's a mute button.

The gameplay: Well, this reminded me of Angry Birds and Crush the Castle. No, I'm not saying it's bad, it's just that I've seen this before, and it's, well, rather a concept I've seen a lot. Skipping a level? Oh please. I don't see what's the point. Even though you get only 3 skips, they remove the fun and the challenge of the game when you skip a level. Best put a walkthrough as well.

The physics: Nicely simulated, I guess a tremendous amount of effort was put into modeling the physics and tweaking it, however I saw that some wooden rods simply didn't budge, no matter how many times I thwacked at it with the arrows.

All in all, good, possibly great.

~~ Summary ~~

~~ Good points ~~
1) Nice graphics
2) Good gameplay
3) Okay concept
4) Nice music
5) Nice physics

~~ Bad points ~~
1) Annoying music (after a while)
2) The ability to skip levels

Wonderful

I can simply state the following review in one word: Excellent.

The graphics were wonderful, with the drawings and the animation, especially of the wolf being great. I loved the gameplay, and the sound effects were great. I'm looking forward to the full version of this demo.

I am simply speechless. Wonderful game, I'll bet it was worth the wait, even though I didn't know about it. The only thing I didn't like about this was that this was a demo.

~~ Summary ~~

~~ Good points ~~
1) Great graphics
2) Nice sound effects
3) Lovely gameplay
4) Smooth animation
5) Good gameplay
6) Nice idea

~~ Bad points ~~
1) It's a demo, but I think I'll not include this in the full version's review.

Nice

To be fair, this game was one that I liked mainly due to its simplicity. Even though you have a limited amount of what you can have (1 of each), the gameplay stays the same, although to be fair 10 coins to start off is small. Also, you can't get bankrupt by buying more than you have money for, you can include loans, or confirmations. Often I have clicked on those things accidentally and lost the game.

Nevertheless, it was captivating, atleast until I got a license. Way better than Go Farm 1, but still lacking in some points.

wait for the third :D much better

Well...

I really liked this mid-years' awards, but the flash was a bit...hurried. Unlike last year where there were at least some minigames and medals, this...is just plain. I don't know whether this is good or not, but anyways, congrats to the winners!

P.S It took me a while to figure out the scrollbar thing.

thinking-man responds:

Yeah, it was rushed...

Could do better

The sounds were, for one, too loud, and the artwork was below bad; the instructions were not added and the only way you could play was by guessing that you had to click to shoot a bullet. That could be forgiven though; there was a "bug" that I found, which may not be a bug per se, but if you click any body part apart from the head, then the head will automatically be decapitated, even though you didn't "shoot" the head. Now, I don't know whether it was intentional or not, but that's generally not good. There was no music after a while; while I was writing this review the music abruptly stopped.

Summary:

~~ Good points ~~
» Somewhat okay music
» Not totally horrible

~~ Neutral points ~~
» Music stops after a while (i.e. it doesn't loop)

~~ Bad points ~~
» Bad artwork (Stickmen? Really?)
» Bullet sound was too loud
» No instructions

Not bad for a first attempt, but since I don't think it is your first attempt, a 1/5, 2/10 from me.

and i fix some bugs

Great

It's by far the only good racing game that I've seen that has good graphics, and the fact that it is in 3d and manages to run smoothly even on my computer is a plus.

Eh, nope

The angles at which the ball bounces is wonky -- it hits a perfectly vertical wall and it goes down, when the ball was not going down in the beginning! That's not supposed to happen.

The file size is another thing, 8.2MB for music can't be forgiven unless the music is wonderful, which IMO isn't.

It would have been a better game if it was made in flash, because it takes a lot of work to just code the ball bouncing and the removal of blocks with the angle of the ball after hitting an object, plus irregular shapes' collision checking would have been so complicated to run, but surprise SURPRISE! IT'S IN GAMES FACTORY! That just makes everything that looks hard to do in flash look easy, so that brings the expectations of the game higher.

Also, if the artwork was better then I'd have rated it a 1 or so, but that's not good either.

Summary:

Things to improve:
+ Music (I know you're saying you'll get the full version and use MIDI, but I don't know whether that'll work either)
+ Artwork (Looks like MSPaint drawn art)
+ Filesize (See Music)

Good points:
~ It was entertaining
~ A bit challenging

Bad points:
- Entertaining for about 5 minutes
- Ball often slips from "Molok"'s hand
- High file size

Thank you about this review!

Nice

Honestly, I didn't have much of a clue of how to pass the second level until I played around. The "pull black" should've been there, since that's the level I expect many to get stuck on. Nevertheless, the voice made by the monster is funny indeed :D
The gameplay's great, not to mention the sound. 4/5, 9/10.

Well

The physics are rather whizzy and horrible. You're snowboarding, you're meant to do stunts, which is what's expected, but this is not what I expected when I played this game. The name caught me, but...it failed to deliver: you're stuck to the platform as if the snow is glue, save a *few* occassions, so that basically renders the potential fun obtainable from this game useless!

Thanks for dropping by!
